About the Role
We are hiring enthusiastic and motivated Inside Sales Associates to help prospective learners choose and enrol in online degree programmes offered by leading universities and institutions.
This is a target-driven inside sales role involving outbound calling, education counselling, regular follow-ups and admission closures.
Freshers are welcome! No prior sales experience is required. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Make 100+ outbound calls daily to prospective learners.
Maintain a minimum of 120 minutes of productive call talk time daily.
Connect with prospective learners, understand their educational background, career goals and programme preferences.
Counsel learners on suitable online degree programmes offered by leading universities and institutions.
Explain programme details, eligibility, fees and admission processes.
Conduct regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp and email.
Handle learner queries and objections to drive admission conversions.
Maintain accurate lead records, follow-up updates and sales activities in the CRM.
Achieve daily calling targets, weekly performance goals and monthly admission targets.
Take ownership of assigned leads from initial conversation to admission closure.
Who Should Apply?
Students, freshers or candidates with a maximum of 1 year of work experience.
Candidates who have completed a BBA, B.Com or BA degree.
Candidates currently pursuing Online BBA from IIM Bangalore.
Candidates currently pursuing Online BS programmes from IITs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with outbound calling, follow-ups and sales targets.
Confident, persuasive and interested in interacting with prospective learners.
Self-motivated, proactive and willing to learn.
Comfortable working full-time from our office in HSR Layout, Bengaluru.
Candidates who can join immediately or within 15 days will be preferred.
Note:
Engineering / B.Tech / BE candidates are not eligible.
MBA graduates and candidates currently pursuing MBA are not eligible.
Candidates with more than 1 year of work experience are not eligible.
