About the Role
The AEC is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to support its Enabling Eight Program, focused on modernising and streamlining core corporate systems, particularly Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design and document application and cloud solution architectures.
Review existing on-premises and cloud applications for compliance, sustainability, and governance.
Develop technology roadmaps, architectural standards, and actionable recommendations.
Support solution scoping, costing, planning, and delivery.
Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and project teams.
Ensure solutions align with business requirements, security standards, and organisational strategy.
Essential Skills
5+ years of experience as a Solution/Application Architect.
Strong experience in cloud solution architecture and application design.
Excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience in application governance, risk management, and technical documentation.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language.
Desirable Experience: ERP systems, ServiceNow, and government ICT transformation projects.
