Senior Oracle Cloud HCM Talent Management Functional Consultant
We are looking for an experienced Senior Oracle Cloud HCM Talent Management Functional Consultant to join our growing team and drive enterprise-wide Oracle Fusion HCM Talent Management implementations.
📍 Location: Hyderabad
💼 Experience: 6+ Years
Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM Talent Management implementations
✅ Configure Goal Management, Performance Management, Talent Review, Succession Planning, and Career Development modules
✅ Design talent solutions aligned with performance frameworks, competency models, and succession strategies
✅ Integrate Talent modules with Core HR, Compensation, Learning, Recruiting, and Profile Management
✅ Conduct workshops, requirement gathering, solution design, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support
✅ Develop and troubleshoot Fast Formulas and create OTBI reports and dashboards
Must-Have Experience
✔ 6+ years of Oracle HCM Functional experience
✔ At least 2 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Talent Management implementations
✔ Strong expertise in Performance Management, Goal Management, Succession Planning, Talent Review, and Profile Management
✔ Hands-on experience with Fast Formulas and OTBI reporting Preferred
