Description supplied by the original job listing.

Data Quality Analyst at A Full Renovation – Interiors & Design
Location: Remote - United States
Job Type: Full Time
Salary: $95,000-$105,000 per year
About The Role
A Full Renovation – Interiors & Design is hiring a Data Quality Analyst to support data-quality assessment, validation rules, exception analysis, and remediation tracking. The role is fully remote within the United States and is designed for someone who values accurate work, clear documentation, and dependable follow-through.
The work may involve sensitive business, customer, employee, or financial information depending on the assignment. Confidentiality, appropriate access, and careful handling of records are expected throughout the process.
Work will be organized around defined priorities and documented procedures. When a record, request, or result does not match expectations, the right response is to verify the available information, note the difference, and use the appropriate escalation path rather than forcing a conclusion.
This position supports interior design and remodeling workflows, including client selections, finish and fixture records, design documentation, and project handoffs where relevant to the role.
Key Responsibilities
Check the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data associated with interior selections, design coordination, and remodeling records; document findings and explain exceptions to the appropriate team.
Summarize recurring defect types and help identify likely upstream process causes.
Maintain data-quality trackers, issue logs, and supporting evidence.
Work with stakeholders to clarify definitions when validation rules are ambiguous.
Prepare concise reporting on open issues, completed remediation, and quality trends.
Apply documented validation rules and investigate records that fail expected checks.
Document quality issues with enough detail for owners to reproduce and resolve them.
Qualifications
Analytical attention to detail and comfort investigating record-level inconsistencies.
Ability to document evidence, rules, and remediation steps clearly.
Ability to separate data-quality facts from assumptions about business meaning.
Organized issue-tracking and follow-up habits.
Professional handling of sensitive or restricted data.
The role offers a practical opportunity to build experience with remote workflows, structured business processes, and professional documentation.
