Junior Data Analyst at A Full Renovation – Interiors & Design
Location: Remote - United States
Job Type: Full Time
Salary: $62,000-$72,000 per year
About The Role
A Full Renovation – Interiors & Design is hiring a Junior Data Analyst to support data preparation, analysis, reporting, and clear communication of findings. The role is fully remote within the United States and is designed for someone who values accurate work, clear documentation, and dependable follow-through.
Work will be organized around defined priorities and documented procedures. When a record, request, or result does not match expectations, the right response is to verify the available information, note the difference, and use the appropriate escalation path rather than forcing a conclusion.
Your work should be easy to audit and understand after the fact. That means using consistent naming, complete notes, and documented procedures rather than relying on memory or informal assumptions.
This position supports interior design and remodeling workflows, including client selections, finish and fixture records, design documentation, and project handoffs where relevant to the role.
Key Responsibilities
Check the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data associated with interior selections, design coordination, and remodeling records; document findings and explain exceptions to the appropriate team.
Use appropriate comparisons and avoid overstating conclusions beyond what the data supports.
Collect, clean, organize, and analyze structured data from approved business sources.
Build recurring reports, tables, or dashboards that make relevant patterns easier to interpret.
Document definitions, filters, assumptions, and calculation logic used in analysis.
Translate business questions into measurable analytical tasks and defined outputs.
Work with stakeholders to clarify reporting needs and refine useful metrics.

Education or practical experience appropriate to an entry-level or early-career analytical role.
Comfort working with structured datasets, percentages, trends, and common performance measures.
Clear written communication and organized analytical documentation.
Basic understanding of charts, dashboards, and appropriate data comparisons.
Willingness to learn new data definitions, systems, and reporting processes.
Clear ownership and reliable follow-up are central to the role, especially when assignments move across a distributed team.
