About the role

Description supplied by the original job listing.

Junior Reporting Analyst at A Full Renovation – Interiors & Design
Location: Remote - United States
Job Type: Full Time
Salary: $60,000-$70,000 per year
About The Role
A Full Renovation – Interiors & Design is hiring a Junior Reporting Analyst to support recurring reporting, KPI tracking, dashboard maintenance, and dependable data interpretation. The role is fully remote within the United States and is designed for someone who values accurate work, clear documentation, and dependable follow-through.
You will use common digital workplace tools to organize assignments, maintain documentation, and collaborate with others. Procedures may evolve over time, so part of the role is learning updated requirements and applying them consistently once they are approved.
Some assignments will be routine and repetitive, while others will require closer review. In both cases, you should keep decisions grounded in available information, document exceptions, and avoid making assumptions that are not supported by the record.
This position supports interior design and remodeling workflows, including client selections, finish and fixture records, design documentation, and project handoffs where relevant to the role.
Key Responsibilities
Check the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data associated with interior selections, design coordination, and remodeling records; document findings and explain exceptions to the appropriate team.
Support ad hoc reporting requests while keeping standard reporting commitments on schedule.
Validate totals, filters, date ranges, and calculation logic before reports are distributed.
Update dashboard views and reporting templates as requirements evolve.
Reconcile differences between recurring reports and identify the underlying cause.
Coordinate with stakeholders to clarify report timing, audience, and required level of detail.
Archive recurring outputs and supporting files so prior reporting remains traceable.
Qualifications
Ability to investigate mismatched totals rather than simply forwarding inconsistent data.
Reliable time management in a remote environment.
Clear communication when report requirements or source data are incomplete.
Strong attention to detail when reviewing metrics, formulas, and reporting periods.
Ability to explain numerical results in clear, concise language.
The role offers a practical opportunity to build experience with remote workflows, structured business processes, and professional documentation.
