Remote Junior Identity and Access Management Analyst (AED 9,000–13,000 per month)

We’re hiring a Remote Junior Identity and Access Management Analyst to join our growing IT and cybersecurity team.
As a Junior IAM Analyst, you’ll help protect company systems and sensitive information by supporting user access management, reviewing permissions, and helping ensure that the right people have access to the right resources.
You’ll work closely with IT, security, and engineering teams to support account administration, strengthen authentication processes, and maintain secure access across business applications and technology platforms.
This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in cybersecurity, IT security, or systems administration. Whether you’re a recent graduate, transitioning from IT support, or building your technical skills through courses and certifications, you’ll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and learn from experienced professionals.
Previous professional cybersecurity experience is not required. We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys troubleshooting technical issues, and is interested in how organizations manage digital identities and protect access to their systems.
Location: Fully remote — Dubai and UAE-based applicants welcome, subject to employment eligibility.
Compensation: AED 9,000–13,000 per month, depending on relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
### What You’ll Do
* Assist with creating, updating, and managing user accounts across business systems
* Support user access requests and permission changes in accordance with established procedures
* Help conduct periodic access reviews to ensure users have appropriate permissions
* Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and contractors
* Support the administration of multi-factor authentication and other identity security controls
* Help maintain access records, documentation, and audit trails
* Investigate basic account access issues and escalate complex problems when necessary
* Assist with identifying excessive permissions and potential access-related security risks
* Work with IT and security teams to improve identity management procedures
* Support the implementation of least-privilege access principles
* Help maintain internal access policies and operational documentation
* Develop familiarity with identity management platforms and enterprise security tools
### Who You Are
* Interested in starting a career in cybersecurity or identity and access management
* Have a basic understanding of IT systems, user accounts, and access permissions
* Familiar with authentication, passwords, multi-factor authentication, and access control concepts
* Comfortable using Windows and/or Linux environments
* Organized, analytical, and attentive to detail
* Able to follow procedures and handle confidential information responsibly
* Comfortable troubleshooting technical issues and documenting solutions
* Able to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with different teams
* Motivated to learn new systems, tools, and security technologies
The following are beneficial but not required:
* CompTIA Security+, Network+, or Google Cybersecurity Certificate
* Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, or similar platforms
* Basic knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Microsoft Azure
* Exposure to single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, or identity governance concepts
* Previous IT support, help desk, or systems administration experience
* Relevant coursework, online training, home labs, or personal projects
* A degree or qualification in IT, cybersecurity, computer science, or a related field
No previous professional cybersecurity experience is required. We welcome recent graduates, career changers, self-taught candidates, and applicants with transferable IT skills.
