Role Description The Head of Project Management at HPIPL is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for leading end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of parking infrastructure projects. This role oversees project portfolios, defines timelines and milestones, coordinates with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and installation teams, and ensures adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards. The Head of Project Management will manage budgets, resources, and risks, monitor project performance, and implement process improvements to drive operational efficiency and client satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include leading project review meetings, resolving escalations, aligning stakeholders on priorities, and ensuring that all installations meet technical specifications and contractual commitments. The role also involves mentoring project managers, building a high-performing project management function, and supporting strategic initiatives that advance HPIPL’s smart infrastructure vision.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Program Management skills, including portfolio management, project planning, and end-to-end delivery of complex infrastructure or engineering projects.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and present project updates clearly and confidently.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, track KPIs, manage risks, and make informed decisions that optimize project outcomes.
Candidates should possess proven Team Management capabilities, including leadership, coaching, and the ability to build and guide multidisciplinary project teams.
Candidates should possess Budgeting skills, with experience in cost estimation, financial tracking, and maintaining projects within approved budgets.
Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field; a master’s degree or PMP/Prince2 certification is an advantage.
Experience in infrastructure, construction, industrial automation, or smart systems projects; exposure to parking systems or urban mobility solutions is highly beneficial.
