Role Description The Event Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for planning and executing events that support Naukri Pay’s brand presence and business objectives. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating event logistics, managing vendor relationships, handling registrations, and overseeing setup and teardown to ensure smooth operations. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to design event concepts, promotional activities, and attendee engagement strategies, as well as supporting event marketing campaigns and post-event follow-up. The Event Specialist will interact with clients, partners, and attendees, resolving inquiries, maintaining high-quality customer service, and collecting feedback to improve future events. This position requires proactive problem-solving, detailed documentation, and adherence to timelines, budgets, and compliance standards.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Event Planning skills, including logistics coordination and vendor management.
Candidates should possess Event Marketing and Sales skills to promote events, drive attendance, and support business growth.
Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills for interacting with clients, partners, and attendees.
Candidates should possess organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Relevant experience in event management, hospitality, marketing, or a similar field is preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, collaborate with diverse teams, and manage multiple events or tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency with basic office software and event management or CRM tools is an advantage.
A diploma or degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline is beneficial.
