Position: Performance Marketer
Location: Gurgaon
Work mode: Work from Office (WFO)
Compensation: Up to 50K per month
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to join a leading digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, with a strong focus on lead generation, e-commerce sales, and campaign performance.
What We’re Looking For:
Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
Strong expertise in campaign setup, audience targeting, budget allocation, and campaign optimization.
Experience running lead generation and e-commerce sales campaigns.
Understanding of conversion tracking, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize key metrics, including CPA, CPL, and ROAS.
Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
Ability to monitor campaign performance and implement data-driven strategies to improve results.
