Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Planning & Manufacturing Cloud Consultant to lead implementations, enhancements, and rollouts across Oracle Supply Chain Planning Cloud and Manufacturing Cloud. The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise across the Plan to Build process, including demand planning, supply planning, supplier collaboration, manufacturing, and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities1. Functional Design & Module Ownership
Lead implementations, enhancements, and rollouts across Oracle Supply Chain Planning Cloud and Manufacturing Cloud.
Gather, document, and translate business requirements into standard Oracle Cloud Plan to Build processes.
Configure and support Oracle Demand Planning Cloud, Supply Planning Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, and Inventory Cloud.
Drive functional design and solution delivery across relevant Oracle Cloud modules.
Troubleshoot functional issues and recommend scalable solutions aligned with standard Oracle Cloud capabilities.
2. Process Improvement & Integration
Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization across the Plan to Build process.
Collaborate with technical teams on integration, reporting, and related functional requirements.
Support end-to-end process improvements across supply chain planning and manufacturing operations.
Recommend standard configurations and workarounds while minimizing the need for custom code.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of relevant Oracle Fusion functional experience.
Hands-on implementation experience in the following modules is mandatory:
Demand Planning Cloud
Supply Planning Cloud
Supplier Collaboration Cloud
Manufacturing Cloud
Inventory Cloud
Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Plan to Build processes.
Experience in gathering business requirements, functional configuration, solution design, and troubleshooting.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, standard Oracle Cloud configurations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with executive, legal, and operational stakeholders.
Good to Have
Knowledge of Oracle Cost Management Cloud.
Knowledge of Oracle Product Information Management (PIM).
Experience with cross-functional integrations and reporting requirements.
Exposure to process automation and supply chain transformation initiatives.
