About The Role
We are seeking a motivated, career-oriented Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in Doral, FL. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex datasets, develop insightful dashboards, and support strategic decision-making processes. The Senior Data Analyst will play a crucial part in extracting, analyzing, and visualizing data to inform operational improvements and enhance organizational performance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, along with at least five years of relevant experience. Alternatively, candidates with a master's degree and three or more years of experience, or a PhD with at least one year of experience, are also encouraged to apply. Candidates with an associate's degree and seven or more years of experience, or a high school diploma with nine or more years of relevant experience, will also be considered. Proven expertise in analyzing large, complex datasets using SQL, Python, R, or similar tools is essential. Experience in building enterprise dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools, validating data integrity, and communicating technical insights effectively to stakeholders is required. Candidates should demonstrate a strong track record of maintaining technical documentation and analytical reports.
Responsibilities
Extract, cleanse, and transform complex structured and unstructured datasets to support operational analysis and decision-making.
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools tailored for leadership and operational teams.
Perform statistical analysis, data modeling, and trend evaluation to identify key operational metrics and generate actionable insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams and business stakeholders to define analytical requirements, ensure data quality, and establish data governance standards.
Conduct quality assurance, data reconciliation, and validation audits across enterprise data sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Maintain comprehensive analytical documentation, technical baselines, and reporting procedures to support continuous process improvements and knowledge sharing.
