Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead, mentor, and manage sales teams to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
✅ Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
✅ Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, and pipeline management.
✅ Conduct team training, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
✅ Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve productivity.
✅ Ensure effective lead management, follow-ups, and CRM discipline.
✅ Build a strong performance-driven culture and deliver an excellent learner experience.
What We’re Looking For
🔹 Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
🔹 6+ years of experience in Sales/Business Development, preferably in EdTech or B2C sales.
🔹 Minimum 3 years of team handling experience is mandatory.
🔹 Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
🔹 Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-performing teams.
🔹 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
