About the Opportunity:
The RISK ANALYST SENIOR role within the Financial Risk and Analytics team contributes to managing enterprise-level third-party risk by conducting financial and credit assessments of key partners. The position supports risk oversight by analyzing financial health metrics, validating controls, and providing risk challenges to enhance the organization's risk management framework.
Responsibilities:
Conduct ongoing financial and credit reviews of third parties and key partners assessing liquidity, solvency, profitability, capital adequacy, and exposure
Assist in developing exposure reporting, metric monitoring, and partner reserve management
Perform control testing on financial risk assessments conducted by the first line of defense
Provide credible challenge on risk assessments, control effectiveness, and risk acceptance requests
Gather and analyze data from multiple enterprise systems and business intelligence platforms
Requirements:
Experience in financial and credit analysis, ongoing monitoring, portfolio analysis, data analytics, and risk modeling
Knowledge of risks related to merchant acquiring, card issuing, commercial and consumer lending, payments, or comparable third-party risk management
Bachelor's degree in business or related field
MBA or relevant master's degree or equivalent experience
Proficiency with Generative AI tools
Strong writing, presentation, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
Salary range: $72,000 – $120,000
Salary reflects minimum and maximum targets for a new hire; actual pay depends on experience, qualifications, skills, and location
