I am looking for motivated and hardworking Life Insurance Advisors to join my team.
Job Responsibilities
Provide genuine customer leads and reference lists for life insurance sales.
Contact potential customers and understand their insurance requirements.
Explain suitable life insurance plans, benefits, premium details, and policy terms.
Convert leads into customers and achieve sales targets.
Follow up with customers until policy issuance.
Assist customers with proposal forms, KYC, and other required documents.
Maintain strong customer relationships and provide post-sales support.
Maintain proper records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Candidate Profile
Good communication and convincing skills.
Self-motivated and result-oriented.
Previous experience in insurance, banking, finance, telecalling, or sales will be an advantage.
Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
Ability to generate leads through personal contacts, references, and networking is preferred.
