Role Description The Senior Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. In this role, the individual will support daily business operations, including processing policy-related documentation, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely and accurate service delivery to customers. The Senior Associate will assist in data management, reporting, and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The role involves regular interaction with cross-functional stakeholders, responding to queries, and escalating issues when needed to maintain a high standard of customer experience. The individual may also contribute to training, knowledge sharing, and implementation of best practices within the team.
Qualifications
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documentation.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and interact with customers or partners professionally.
Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Comfort with using office productivity tools and basic business software; familiarity with insurance or financial services systems is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in commerce, business, finance, or a related field; prior experience in life insurance, banking, or financial services operations is preferred.
Demonstrated integrity, customer-centric mindset, and willingness to learn and adapt to evolving processes and regulations.
