Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Life Insurance Agent at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited. The Life Insurance Agent will identify prospective customers, explain life insurance products and solutions, and recommend plans that align with customers’ financial goals and protection needs. The role involves conducting needs-based assessments, preparing proposals, and assisting customers through the application and onboarding process. The agent will provide ongoing customer service, respond to queries, and support policy renewals and modifications. Daily activities include maintaining accurate records, adhering to regulatory guidelines, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage for advising customers and closing policies.
Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Insurance and Finance to explain products, benefits, and long-term financial implications.
Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to build relationships, handle inquiries, and support policyholders.
Candidates should possess effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Candidates should possess the ability to work independently in a remote, target-driven environment.
Relevant experience in life insurance or financial services, and familiarity with local regulatory requirements, is beneficial.
A minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is an advantage.
