Role Description The Financial Services Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Agra, responsible for driving sales and servicing of life insurance and related financial products. This role involves engaging with customers to understand their protection and investment needs, presenting suitable product solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The Financial Services Manager will manage and grow a portfolio of clients, monitor policy renewals, and support customers with policy servicing and claims-related queries. Day-to-day activities include financial needs analysis, collaborating with internal teams for smooth operations, maintaining accurate records, and achieving assigned business targets while adhering to regulatory and company guidelines.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret financial information, assess customer needs, and support data-driven decision-making.
Candidates should possess Finance and Financial Services knowledge to advise on suitable life insurance and investment solutions and understand market dynamics.
Candidates should possess Accounting and Auditing skills to review financial records, ensure accuracy in documentation, and support compliance with internal and external standards.
Relevant bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
Experience in life insurance, banking, or financial services sales and customer relationship management is highly beneficial.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer profiles and meet business targets.
Comfort with using digital tools, CRM systems, and basic office software for reporting and customer management.
