About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented Trainer / Learning & Development Executive to support training and capability-building initiatives for frontline associates across Flipkart Minutes stores. The role will involve conducting training, monitoring employee performance and ensuring associates understand and follow operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct induction, process and refresher training for in-store and last-mile associates.
Deliver engaging classroom and on-the-job training sessions.
Explain operational processes, SOPs, safety guidelines and best practices clearly to associates.
Monitor trainee performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
Assess trainee understanding through practical assessments, quizzes and observations.
Identify training gaps and provide appropriate re-training or coaching.
Support associates in understanding warehouse, store and last-mile operations.
Maintain training attendance, assessment scores and other required training records.
Track training effectiveness and share regular updates with the reporting manager.
Coordinate with Store Managers/Operations teams to identify learning requirements.
Conduct refresher training based on operational gaps and performance trends.
Travel between assigned Flipkart Minutes stores as required.

Freshers are welcome to apply.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Good command of English and Hindi; knowledge of additional local languages is an advantage.
Confident in interacting with frontline/warehouse associates.
Good interpersonal and people-management skills.
Comfortable conducting training for groups of employees.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Office tools preferred.
Willingness to travel between multiple locations.
Own bike/scooty is mandatory.
Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
