Role Description The Google Ads Intern role is a full-time remote position focused on supporting the planning, execution, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns for PPStack’s education and career services. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in keyword research, setting up and monitoring campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to improve reach, engagement, and conversions. The intern will help create and test ad copies, update negative keyword lists, and support budget tracking and bid adjustments under the guidance of senior marketers. This role also involves collaborating with content and design teams to align landing pages and creatives with campaign objectives, preparing performance reports, and researching best practices and trends in digital advertising. The intern will gain hands-on experience in managing paid search campaigns in an EdTech environment, contributing to PPStack’s growth and learner acquisition.
Qualifications
Foundational understanding of digital marketing concepts, including Google Ads, PPC, and basic SEO.
Ability to conduct keyword research, analyze campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, conversions), and interpret data for optimization.
Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills for tracking performance, preparing reports, and handling datasets.
Clear written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams.
Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing multiple campaigns, deadlines, and documentation.
Proactive learning mindset, curiosity about EdTech and AI-driven solutions, and willingness to experiment and iterate.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in Marketing, Business, Data/Analytics, or a related field.
Familiarity with Google Ads interface, Google Analytics, or similar tools is preferred but not mandatory; relevant online course or project work is a plus.
