Role Description The Logistics Manager for Canada opportunities is a full-time, on-site role based in Canada. This position is responsible for overseeing logistics operations related to client documentation, shipment of files, and coordination with partners and service providers to support Canada immigration processes. The role includes managing inventory of documents and materials, tracking timelines, and ensuring that all logistics activities comply with internal policies and external requirements. The Logistics Manager will collaborate with consultants, customer service teams, and procurement staff to optimize supply chain workflows and maintain accurate records. Daily tasks include monitoring deliveries, resolving logistics issues, updating systems, and communicating status updates to relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management to oversee end-to-end movement of documents and resources.
Candidates should possess skills in Inventory Management and Procurement to effectively manage materials, vendors, and related documentation.
Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to coordinate with clients and internal teams and ensure timely, accurate communication.
Demonstrated ability to use logistics or ERP software, maintain detailed records, and analyze data for process improvement.
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and compliance requirements.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management; a degree or diploma in logistics, business, or a related field is preferred.
Knowledge of immigration or consulting services operations is an advantage.
