Role Description The Program Manager for Australia Opportunities will oversee and manage immigration and visa-related programs focused on Australian pathways. This full-time, on-site role based in Australia involves coordinating client cases, ensuring compliance with Australian immigration regulations, and guiding clients through documentation and application steps. The Program Manager will develop and monitor program timelines, liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders, and maintain accurate records of client progress. Daily responsibilities include advising clients on eligibility and process requirements, addressing queries, conducting information sessions, and improving internal processes for efficiency. The role also involves tracking policy changes, preparing reports for management, and contributing to service quality and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
