Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Data Analyst role based in Indore. The Data Analyst will collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Responsibilities include performing data analysis, building reports and dashboards, and using statistical methods to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities. The role involves creating data models to support forecasting and decision-making, and communicating findings in a clear, accessible format to stakeholders. The Data Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, support ongoing projects, and recommend data-driven improvements to processes and performance.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Data Analytics to interpret complex datasets and generate actionable insights.
Solid foundation in Statistics to apply appropriate analytical methods, validate findings, and support data-driven decisions.
Experience with Data Modeling to structure data, build predictive models, and support reporting and forecasting needs.
Effective Communication skills to present analysis clearly, create concise reports, and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency with data tools such as Excel, SQL, and at least one analytics or visualization platform (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Experience working with large datasets, data cleaning, and quality assurance; knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is an advantage.
