About the Role
We are seeking an MD Psychiatrist to join our Addiction Treatment Hospital as a long-term partner. We are building a modern, patient-first facility dedicated to evidence-based addiction treatment and holistic mental healthcare.
This is not just a standard clinical role—it is a strategic partnership and leadership opportunity. You will play a central role in clinical decision-making, designing therapeutic protocols, and shaping the future direction of our facility. Key Responsibilities
Clinical Excellence: Oversee psychiatric evaluations, detox protocols, and long-term recovery plans for patients struggling with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions.
Program Innovation: Develop and refine innovative, evidence-based addiction treatment models combining psychopharmacology with therapeutic modalities.
Team Leadership: Collaborate closely with clinical psychologists, counselors, nursing staff, and medical teams to deliver seamless, multidisciplinary care.
Patient & Family Engagement: Provide compassionate, stigma-free counseling to patients and their families throughout the treatment and rehabilitation journey.
Strategic Growth: Partner with management on operational standards, quality compliance, and expanding the hospital's clinical footprint.
Candidate Requirements
Education: MD in Psychiatry / DNB in Psychiatry from a recognized medical institution.
Experience: Open to both experienced clinicians and freshers with a strong passion for addiction medicine.
