Role Description The Fashion Consultant will work on-site in the Greater Kolkata Area in a full-time capacity, advising customers on clothing, accessories, and styling choices that align with their preferences, body type, and occasion. Daily responsibilities include greeting and engaging clients, understanding their style needs, recommending suitable products, and providing personalized wardrobe suggestions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. The role involves maintaining up-to-date product and fashion trend knowledge, coordinating outfits on the sales floor, and collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets. The Fashion Consultant will also assist with visual merchandising, ensure the store displays reflect current trends, handle customer inquiries and feedback, and contribute to a welcoming and inclusive shopping environment.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Fashion Consulting and Product Knowledge skills to deliver informed, trend-aware styling advice.
