About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Frontend Engineer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining sophisticated web applications that handle large volumes of data and complex visualizations. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating intuitive interfaces that are both visually appealing and highly functional. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in modern frontend technologies, a keen eye for design, and the ability to work independently to drive projects from conception through to deployment. You will collaborate closely with backend developers, product managers, and designers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs and user expectations.
Qualifications
2 to 8 years of professional experience in frontend development, with a proven track record of building and shipping web applications.
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3 (including Flexbox and Grid), and modern JavaScript (ES6+), along with TypeScript.
Extensive experience working with React.js, including functional components, hooks, context API, and routing.
Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, and handling asynchronous data operations and error management.
Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git and GitHub, and experience with build tools like Webpack and package managers such as npm or yarn.
Ability to incorporate AI tools into development workflows to enhance productivity and code quality.
Excellent problem-solving skills, logical reasoning, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience in building dashboards or data visualization interfaces using charting libraries such as Recharts, D3, or Chart.js is a plus.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications utilizing modern frontend frameworks, primarily React.js.
Create visually engaging and user-friendly interfaces with meticulous attention to layout, spacing, contrast, and typography.
Ensure applications are responsive and compatible across various devices and browsers, providing seamless user experiences.
Integrate frontend components with backend APIs, manage data fetching, handle asynchronous operations, and implement robust error handling mechanisms.
Optimize application performance by identifying and resolving frontend bottlenecks, ensuring fast load times and smooth interactions.
Apply best practices related to accessibility, security, and SEO to enhance application quality and reach.
Leverage AI tools and modern development practices to accelerate delivery without compromising quality standards.
Collaborate effectively with backend developers, product managers, and UI/UX designers to translate requirements into functional features.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code to facilitate future enhancements and team collaboration.
