About the role:
Currently hiring for multiple experienced Civil Litigation Attorneys for opportunities with various established California law firms on both the Plaintiff and Defense side.
These opportunities are open to attorneys with experience across a range of civil litigation practice areas. We’re interested in speaking with California-licensed litigators who are looking for a fully remote opportunity with a well-established firm and meaningful litigation work.
Responsibilities
Manage civil litigation matters from inception through resolution
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
Conduct legal research and prepare case strategy recommendations
Handle depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances
Participate in trial preparation and assist at trial as needed
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active California Bar license in good standing
2+ years of experience in any civil litigation practice area (general liability or civil defense or personal injury or medical malpractice or insurance defense or employment law).
Experience with motion practice, depositions, and discovery
Strong communication and case-management abilities
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between [$200,000 – $250,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
