About
We are currently seeking an Associate Attorney to join a specialized Pennsylvania legal practice focused on helping individuals, families and business owners navigate important estate planning and elder law matters, including estate planning, asset protection, Medicaid planning, long-term care planning, probate and estate administration, special needs planning and related matters.
Responsibility
Advise clients on estate planning and elder law matters.
Assist clients with wills, trusts, powers of attorney and related estate planning needs.
Work with clients on asset protection and long-term care planning.
Advise on Medicaid planning and related elder law matters.
Educate clients regarding their legal options and help them make informed decisions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania and in good standing.
Experience practicing Elder Law, Estate Planning, Trusts & Estates, or a closely related practice area.
Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively with clients and their families.
Strong client-service and relationship-building skills.
Salary and Other Compensation
The annual salary for this position is up to $130,000 + bonus. Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
