Serving insurance carriers, businesses, and municipalities across business law, subrogation, and insurance defense, the firm offers a truly human-centric, flexible culture with zero micromanagement and long employee tenure. Key Responsibilities:
Manage civil litigation files, draft pleadings, and organize discovery
Track court deadlines, maintain calendars, and assist with trial prep
Communicate directly with clients, insurance carriers, and courts
Collaborate closely with attorneys on case strategy and filings
Qualifications:
1+ years of paralegal experience in civil litigation (Insurance Defense preferred)
Basic knowledge of legal document drafting, file management, and discovery
Strong organization, detail-oriented, and remote communication skills
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $45,000 – $75,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
