A respected and growing California-based law firm is seeking an accomplished Partner or Senior Attorney (10+ years) to join its expanding platform. This opportunity is ideal for attorneys looking to operate in a flexible, entrepreneurial environment where they can grow their practice, work on a diverse mix of civil litigation and transactional matters, and collaborate with leadership on long-term firm strategy. The firm offers a remote-first model, with optional access to offices in Los Angeles and Sacramento, supporting both autonomy and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage complex civil litigation and/or transactional matters
Advise clients on legal, business, and risk-related issues
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Contribute to practice development and firm growth initiatives
Collaborate with leadership on strategic direction
Mentor and support junior attorneys as needed
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active Bar membership in good standing (California preferred)
Minimum 10+ years of relevant legal experience
Proven ability to independently manage matters from inception to resolution
Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining client relationships and contributing to business development efforts
Experience in originating work, expanding client engagements, or growing a practice is highly valued
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $200,000 – $500,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
