Title: Employment Attorney
Location: Washington (Fully Remote)
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle wage & hour class action and single-plaintiff employment matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation-related documents.
• Conduct legal research and support case strategy.
Qualifications:
• Experience in Employment Law, particularly wage & hour and Single action matters.
• Strong litigation, research, and writing skills.
• Ability to manage cases independently and work effectively in a remote environment.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is $180,000 - $250,000. Factors that may affect compensation include experience, skills, education, and overall qualifications of the selected candidate.
