Role Description The Professional Video Editor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The Video Editor will manage end-to-end post-production tasks, including importing and organizing footage, assembling rough cuts, applying transitions, color correction, sound balancing, and exporting final deliverables in required formats. Daily work includes collaborating with creative leads and clients to understand project goals, refining edits based on feedback, and ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines and timelines. The role also involves maintaining an organized asset library, staying current with editing trends and tools, and contributing ideas to enhance visual storytelling and overall production quality.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency with professional video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
Experience with motion graphics and basic animation using tools such as Adobe After Effects.
Knowledge of color grading, sound design, and video optimization for different digital platforms.
Ability to interpret creative briefs, apply visual storytelling techniques, and maintain brand consistency.
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume production environment.
Effective collaboration skills to work with directors, producers, and other creative team members on-site in Noida.
Relevant experience in video editing for marketing, social media, or corporate content; a portfolio or showreel is required.
Diploma or degree in Film, Media, Communication, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
