Computer Numerical Control Operator

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Operator role based in Surat. The CNC Operator will set up, operate, and monitor CNC machinery to produce precise components according to technical drawings and specifications. Daily responsibilities include preparing materials, loading and adjusting tools, entering and verifying machine programs, and performing test runs to ensure proper operation. The role involves inspecting finished parts for accuracy, maintaining quality standards, and documenting production data. The CNC Operator will also perform routine machine maintenance, report equipment issues, collaborate with supervisors and engineers on process improvements, and follow all safety procedures on the production floor.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Machine Operation skills, including setup, calibration, and safe handling of CNC equipment.
Candidates should possess Machining and Milling skills for working with various materials and producing parts to specification.
Candidates should possess Quality Control skills, including measurement, inspection, and documentation of tolerances and defects.
Candidates should possess practical experience with industrial Machinery, including basic maintenance and troubleshooting.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
Basic understanding of CNC programming concepts and numerical control workflows is beneficial.
Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and commitment to workplace safety.
Previous experience as a CNC Operator or in a similar machining role; vocational training or technical certification in machining or mechanical engineering is an advantage.
