We’re Hiring: Business Development Intern | OpEzey | Pune
OpEzey is a club management platform built for snooker clubs and sports venues. We help club owners manage tables, bookings, billing, inventory, food orders, employees, and their day-to-day operations from one place.
We’re looking for a Business Development Intern to join us in Pune.
This is not going to be a typical internship.
You’ll be joining an early-stage startup and getting a front-row seat to how a company is built from scratch.
You’ll work closely with the founder and be involved in real conversations around customers, sales, partnerships, product, pricing, growth, and expansion.
What you’ll do:
• Identify and reach out to potential customers
• Speak directly with club and venue owners
• Conduct product demos
• Follow up with prospects and help convert them into customers
• Visit potential customers across Pune when required
• Build and manage our business development pipeline
• Explore new markets and partnership opportunities
• Understand customer problems and communicate insights to the product team
• Experiment with new ways to grow OpEzey
What you’ll get:
• Hands-on experience building an early-stage startup
• Work closely with the founder
• Learn B2B business development and SaaS sales by actually doing it
• Exposure to product, pricing, partnerships, growth and operations
• Understand how customer feedback turns into product decisions
• Real responsibility and ownership from day one
We’re not looking for someone who already knows everything.
We’re looking for someone who is curious, confident talking to people, willing to learn, and genuinely interested in understanding how a startup is built.
Freshers and college students are welcome.
