Role Description The Data Analyst at Serenade Sessions is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data related to artist performance, audience engagement, and content consumption across the platform. Day-to-day tasks include building dashboards and reports, identifying trends and insights that guide programming and marketing decisions, and collaborating with creative and operations teams to measure the impact of sessions and campaigns. The Data Analyst will design and maintain data models, support experimentation and A/B testing, and provide actionable recommendations to improve artist reach and audience experience. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to translate business questions into data-driven solutions and to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong analytical skills and proven experience in data analytics.
Candidates should possess solid knowledge of statistics and the ability to apply statistical methods to real-world datasets.
Candidates should possess data modeling skills, including designing, implementing, and optimizing data structures.
Candidates should possess clear and effective communication skills for presenting insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python/R) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
Experience working with media, entertainment, or digital content platforms is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple projects, and maintain attention to detail in a creative, fast-paced environment.
