Solutions Architect

Role Description
Minimum of 9 years of experience in Solution Architecture within the ITES sector.
Proficiency in architectural frameworks such as TOGAF, with a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and software development.
Extensive experience with cloud computing platforms, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
Strong knowledge of system integration, interoperability, and the ability to create and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation.
Proven leadership experience, including previous experience as a team leader with responsibility for delivering results through team members.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex issues using industry best practices and judgement.
- Experience in designing technical frameworks for asset management, including platform alignment and integration considerations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable and sustainable solution architectures to support key business initiatives.
Collaborate with business and IT leaders to ensure alignment of solutions with business strategy and goals.
Facilitate the delivery of architecture deliverables through established governance processes, ensuring compliance with enterprise standards.
Provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior solution architects and other technical team members.
Design and define architecture inputs for asset management standards, lifecycle stages, and governance reporting.
Identify and validate authoritative systems of record by asset class, ensuring accurate asset management.
Collaborate with platform teams, business analysts, and reporting specialists to align technical designs with standards and governance artefacts.
Support the adoption and integration of ServiceNow/HAM Pro, ensuring workflow dependencies and integration implications are managed effectively.
Educational Requirements
• Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
