1. About Our Client:

It also provides advanced light management technologies applied in 3D sensing, anti-counterfeiting, consumer electronics, industrial, automotive, government, and aerospace industries.
2. About the Opportunity:
The Senior Sales Operations Specialist role is designed to support the sales team and channel partners by enhancing sales processes, managing operational tasks, and maintaining data accuracy. This position plays a critical role in driving efficiency and revenue growth by ensuring the smooth functioning of sales operations.
3. Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain the CRM system to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Support onboarding, enablement, and ongoing operational needs including resource distribution.
Review and manage quotes and contracts for timely and accurate execution.
Generate and analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify trends and offer actionable insights.
Collaborate with sales, finance, and legal teams to resolve operational issues and improve workflows.
Develop and document sales operations processes, policies, and best practices.
Provide training and support on sales tools and operational procedures to sales teams and partners.
Participate in projects aimed at improving sales processes and system enhancements.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports.
4. Requirements:
Bachelor''s degree in Business or related field.
Over 5 years of sales operations experience within a technology company.
Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Project management skills to handle multiple initiatives.
Experience with CRM systems and sales enablement platforms preferred.
Willingness to travel internationally up to 25%.
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
Salary range from 87,241 to 162,019.
Compensation may vary based on qualifications, experience, and location.
