Role Description The User Experience Designer is a full-time, remote role focused on creating intuitive, accessible, and engaging digital experiences for EgoTECHworld’s products and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting user research, defining user journeys, and applying design thinking to solve complex interaction problems. The role involves creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual design assets that align with brand guidelines and technical constraints. The User Experience Designer will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and content creators to iterate on designs based on user feedback and data. This role also includes documenting design decisions, contributing to design systems, and advocating for user-centered practices across the organization.
Qualifications
Ability to apply Design Thinking and User Experience (UX) principles to create user-centered solutions.
Strong skills in User Research, including planning studies, conducting interviews or usability tests, and synthesizing insights.
Proficiency in Visual Design for digital interfaces, with attention to layout, typography, color, and accessibility.
Experience with Prototyping tools and methods to create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
Familiarity with common UX and design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar).
Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is beneficial.
Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in remote, cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Prior experience designing technology products, platforms, or digital services is preferred.
