Role Description The Web App Developer will design, build, and maintain responsive web applications that support EgoTECHworld’s products and services. This is a full-time remote role focused on developing front-end and back-end features, integrating APIs and services, and ensuring reliable performance and security. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean, efficient code, collaborating with designers and other developers, working with databases, debugging and optimizing applications, and participating in code reviews. The developer will also help document technical solutions, contribute to architectural decisions, and stay current with modern web frameworks and best practices.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Software Development and Programming, with experience building and maintaining web applications.
Hands-on experience with Databases, including designing schemas, writing queries, and optimizing data access.
Proficiency in Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and related front-end technologies for creating responsive, accessible user interfaces.
Experience with Integration of APIs, third-party services, and back-end systems into web applications.
Familiarity with modern web frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular, or similar) and server-side technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, or similar).
Understanding of web security, performance optimization, and testing practices.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage priorities, and communicate clearly with distributed teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
