Role Description The Research Assistant role at Future of Nation is a full-time hybrid position based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some work from home. The Research Assistant will support research projects related to education, skill development, and youth empowerment by conducting literature reviews, collecting and organizing data, and assisting in the design and evaluation of programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with mentors and researchers, preparing reports and summaries, maintaining research documentation, and contributing to presentations and learning materials. The role will also involve collaborating with internal teams to translate research insights into practical content and initiatives that benefit students.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analysis abilities to interpret research findings and support evidence-based decision-making.
Proficiency in Research methods, including literature review, data collection, and documentation of results.
Effective Communication skills for preparing reports, presenting insights, and collaborating with diverse teams.
Relevant Laboratory Skills (where applicable) for handling experimental or scientific research tasks.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as Education, Social Sciences, Science/Engineering, Data Science, or related disciplines.
Comfort with basic digital tools and productivity software; familiarity with statistical or data analysis tools is an advantage.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment, managing time and priorities effectively.
Demonstrated interest in education, youth development, or social impact initiatives is highly beneficial.
