Role Description The Merchandiser role at Naukripay Group is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Delhi Area. In this role, the Merchandiser will plan, coordinate, and execute product display strategies to maximize visibility, sales, and customer engagement in retail environments. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing inventory levels, monitoring stock rotation, ensuring accurate product pricing and labeling, and maintaining attractive, brand-consistent visual merchandising standards. The Merchandiser will work closely with sales, marketing, and store teams to analyze sales data, track consumer trends, and recommend adjustments to product assortments and promotions. The role also involves building productive relationships with store staff, responding to customer feedback, and ensuring that merchandising activities align with company objectives and client expectations.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with store teams, clients, and shoppers.
Candidates should possess Sales and Retail skills to understand product performance, optimize assortments, and support revenue growth on the shop floor.
Candidates should possess Marketing-related skills to contribute to promotional displays, brand visibility, and in-store campaigns.
Candidates should have basic analytical and reporting skills to review sales data, monitor inventory, and prepare merchandising summaries.
Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills to maintain consistent merchandising standards across locations.
Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in retail environments, with the ability to stand, move, and lift light to moderate loads as required.
Prior experience in merchandising, retail operations, or FMCG/consumer goods is preferred, but motivated candidates with relevant skills will be considered.
A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field is beneficial.
