Role Description The NodeJS Developer role is a full-time remote position focused on building and maintaining scalable web applications and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing back-end APIs with NodeJS, integrating front-end components, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement new features. The developer will write clean, testable code, troubleshoot and debug issues, optimize application performance, and contribute to code reviews and documentation. The role also involves working closely with product and design teams to translate requirements into technical solutions and ensuring reliable deployment and maintenance processes.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Back-End Web Development skills, including NodeJS and JavaScript.
Candidates should possess Front-End Development skills, including experience with Redux.js and modern JavaScript frameworks.
Candidates should possess solid Software Development skills, including understanding of APIs, databases, and application architecture.
Candidates should possess proficiency in version control tools (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
Candidates should possess good problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work independently in a remote environment.
Candidates should possess effective communication skills and experience working in agile or iterative development teams.
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is beneficial.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (e.g., Docker) is a plus.
