Role Description The Ecommerce Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area. This position is responsible for managing and optimizing online product listings, ensuring accurate content, pricing, and inventory across ecommerce platforms and marketplaces. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring sales performance, analyzing customer behavior, managing promotions, and coordinating with internal teams to improve product visibility and conversion rates. The role also involves handling customer queries related to online orders, working with operations to ensure timely fulfillment, and collaborating with marketing to support digital campaigns and seasonal offers. The Ecommerce Specialist will maintain platform compliance, track competitor activity, and prepare regular performance reports to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong E-Commerce skills, including hands-on experience with online marketplaces, product listing management, and basic understanding of digital merchandising.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, track key performance metrics, and recommend actions based on trends and customer behavior insights.
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to manage customer inquiries, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain professional relationships with platform partners.
Candidates should possess Sales-oriented capabilities, such as understanding online sales funnels, supporting promotions, and working toward revenue and conversion targets.
Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, commerce, or a related field, along with proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting tools.
Prior experience in ecommerce operations, marketplace management (such as Amazon, Flipkart, or similar platforms), and familiarity with inventory or order management systems is beneficial.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement are highly valued.
