Role Description The Python Coder role at EgoTECHworld is a full-time remote position focused on designing, implementing, and maintaining Python-based applications and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean and efficient code, building and optimizing back-end components, integrating APIs, and collaborating with other developers and stakeholders to deliver reliable software solutions. The Python Coder will troubleshoot and debug issues, participate in code reviews, and contribute to improving development workflows and documentation. This role also involves staying current with Python frameworks and best practices to enhance performance, scalability, and security across projects.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Computer Science, including algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles.
Hands-on experience in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), preferably with Python and modern development practices.
Practical knowledge of Back-End Web Development, including RESTful APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks.
Experience in Software Development life cycle activities such as requirements analysis, implementation, testing, and deployment.
Proficiency with version control tools (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and communicate clearly with distributed teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools (e.g., Docker) is a plus.
