Role Description As a Full Stack Engineer intern at Future of Nation, you will support the design, development, and maintenance of web applications that power our learning and mentoring platform. This internship is a hybrid role based in New Delhi, with flexibility for some work from home. Day-to-day activities include implementing front-end interfaces, building and integrating back-end APIs and services, writing clean, maintainable code, and collaborating with mentors and product teams to deliver user-centric features. You will help improve performance, troubleshoot bugs, participate in code reviews, and contribute to documentation to ensure reliable and scalable systems. The role offers exposure to real-world education technology challenges and the opportunity to contribute to tools that directly impact student learning.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Front-End Development skills, including experience with HTML, JavaScript, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
Candidates should possess Back-End Web Development skills, such as building and integrating APIs, managing data storage, and working with server-side frameworks.
Candidates should possess Software Development and Full-Stack Development skills, including understanding of software engineering principles and end-to-end application architecture.
Candidates should possess problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git).
Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a hybrid environment and learn quickly from feedback.
Knowledge of modern web frameworks (such as React, Node.js, or similar) and prior project or internship experience in web development are beneficial.
Current enrollment in or completion of a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience—is preferred.
