Role Description The Data Analyst role at Egotechworld is a full-time remote position focused on turning data into actionable insights that support strategic and operational decisions. Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting, cleaning, and validating data from multiple sources, performing exploratory and statistical analyses, and building reports, dashboards, and visualizations for stakeholders. The Data Analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, interpret results, and communicate clear findings and recommendations. The role also involves maintaining documentation, monitoring data quality, and contributing to the continuous improvement of analytics processes and tools.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and solid experience in Data Analytics.
Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Statistics for data interpretation and decision-making.
Candidates should possess skills in Data Modeling to structure, organize, and optimize data for analysis.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present complex findings in a clear, concise manner.
Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python or R) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline is preferred.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with distributed teams.
Experience with IT or technology-focused projects and familiarity with modern data architectures are a plus.
