Role Description The Information Technology Business Analyst is a full-time, remote role responsible for bridging business needs with technical solutions. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and documenting business requirements, analyzing current business processes, and identifying opportunities for improvement and automation. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders across business and IT teams, translating functional needs into clear specifications for developers and solution architects, and supporting the design and testing of IT solutions. The Business Analyst will prepare process maps, user stories, and business cases, monitor solution performance against expectations, and provide ongoing support for change management and user adoption. This role also includes contributing to project planning, maintaining documentation, and ensuring alignment of IT initiatives with organizational goals.

Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, evaluate processes, and support evidence-based decision-making.
Candidates should possess Business Analysis and Business Requirements skills to elicit, document, and validate stakeholder needs for IT initiatives.
Candidates should possess Business Process skills to model, optimize, and align workflows with organizational strategies and technology solutions.
Candidates should possess Information Technology skills to understand systems, integrations, and technical constraints relevant to solution design.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and leadership stakeholders.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
Familiarity with common BA tools and methodologies (e.g., process mapping, user stories, use cases, requirements traceability).
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in remote collaboration tools and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
