Role Description The Fashion Consultant role at Naukripay Group is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Fashion Consultant will advise customers on styling, colors, fits, and trends to help them select apparel and accessories that match their preferences and needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing personalized fashion consultations, maintaining up-to-date product and trend knowledge, supporting visual merchandising, and ensuring an engaging and professional in-store experience. The role involves collaborating closely with sales and customer service teams to drive store performance, meet sales targets, and build long-term client relationships. The Fashion Consultant will also handle customer queries, offer after-sales support when needed, and contribute feedback on customer preferences to inform product selection.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Fashion Consulting and styling skills, with a keen eye for current trends and aesthetics.
Candidates should possess solid Product Knowledge and the ability to understand fabrics, fits, and brand positioning.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers and team members.
Candidates should possess Customer Service skills focused on delivering a professional, welcoming, and solution-oriented experience.
Candidates should possess Sales skills, including upselling, cross-selling, and supporting the achievement of store targets.
Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in fashion retail or consulting, familiarity with visual merchandising, and basic inventory handling.
A diploma or degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Management, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to work flexible retail hours, maintain a polished professional appearance, and use basic digital tools (POS systems, CRM, scheduling software) is advantageous.
