Role Description The Research Assistant role at Beta is a full-time, on-site position based in Tiruvallur. The Research Assistant will support product and technology teams by gathering and analyzing data, conducting structured research on market trends, user behavior, and emerging technologies, and summarizing findings into clear reports and presentations. Day-to-day tasks include designing and executing research plans, assisting with experiments or tests in relevant laboratory or technical environments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, communicating insights in a clear and actionable manner, and contributing to evidence-based decision-making across product development cycles.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Research and Analytical Skills to plan, conduct, and interpret qualitative and quantitative studies.
