Role Description The Junior Web Developer will support the design, development, and maintenance of web applications in a full-time, on-site role based in Tiruvallur. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing front-end interfaces, assisting with back-end logic, fixing bugs, and ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility. The role involves collaborating with senior developers and designers, writing clean and maintainable code, and participating in code reviews and testing activities. The Junior Web Developer will also help integrate APIs, optimize performance, and contribute to documentation for ongoing and new projects.
Qualifications
Front-end skills: candidates should possess skills in Front-End Development and Web Design.
Back-end skills: candidates should possess skills in Back-End Web Development and Programming.
General web skills: candidates should possess skills in Web Development across the full stack.
Foundational knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with familiarity in at least one modern framework or library (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular).
Basic understanding of server-side technologies, databases, and RESTful APIs.
Ability to learn quickly, follow coding standards, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and time-management skills.
Relevant coursework, internships, or projects, and a degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field are preferred.
